Patti,

Wanted to let you know that Chris decided we would name the puppy Rowyn (pronounced like Rowan - meaning "little red one", which we thought was appropriate for a red merle border collie.  He wanted a Gaelic name as well.)  He decided to spell it Ro"wyn" (instead of Rowan) after his mother Bran"wynn", which we also felt was appropriate :) .......I just thought we'd let you know. Hope everything is going well!

Patti, sorry it took me so long to get back to you.  We don't mind at all if you post the update.  Bandaras is still doing well and already growing and he loves to play outside and run around inside and then all of the sudden he will just drop off to sleep wherever he happens to be when he runs out of gas.  He minds really well for such a little guy and he is still doing well on the potty training.  He is a wonderful mixture of energy and spunk and sweetness.  We are slowly introducing him to our cats.  I think it really helps the way you take the puppies out with the mom's to go potty because you could tell when we brought him home that he had the general idea already.  We appreciate that and we are thankful to have him be part of our family. We just love him!

Jett has found a new home!!
Adult dogs needing new homes

Reese's pups are turning out to be fantastic dogs and we have been given raving reviews on his pups.

Our planned litters for 2012

Reese x Nipper,   We have had two previous litters with this pair and the resulting pups have turned out outstanding in temperament and markings. Nipper's pups are fast, agile, and willing to please, just like their momma. Nipper's pups should arrive in early March and we are taking advance reservations now. We will have red (chocolate) and black pups with possible tri or saddle sable markings.

Brandi and Tally will also each be having a litter with Reese in the spring of 2012.
Last years pups have turned out beautiful and loving, we are looking forward to repeating the breedings.
There will be a wide range of colors and marking with these two litters, from classic black and white, to exotic saddle sable merles. Brandi will have both black and red (chocolate) pups in solid and merles, many will have tri and saddle sable markings like their dad Reese. Tally will also have solid and merle pups, with tri and sable, however she does not carry red, so will not have any red in her pups.

We have been very please with how these pups are turning out as adults. In fact I have kept 3 of them myself!
We are taking a limited number of reservations on each of their litters.
Saddle sable border collie
HI Patti !!

I was wondering if you are planning to have any spring litters in 2012? My husband and I are thinking of another border collie. By the spring Ginger (aka Baby Sister) will be a year old and we would be ready to start puppy training all over again! I have had so much fun with Ginger, everyday is a new adventure. I never know what she will do. I also thought it will be nice to have a playmate for her.

I'm sure you have heard this before, but THANKS for such a great dog. She has been great to work with, easy to train and fun just to see what I can teach her to do. You really are a great breeder, keep up the good work!!!

Thanks!!
Jen

Jen already has a deposit with us for a new Tally x Reese pup for 2012!  Congratulations Jen and Ginger!

6 months. See how the color
changes over time?

Wiley is a 4 or 5 yr. old male BC mixed with some sort of spaniel we are guessing.
He is neutered, may be chipped.
His owner would like to place him in a home where
he will have a job and more attention.

I am trying to get more info on him.
Please contact me if you are interested in giving
Wiley a new home!

Available now

We have Shelby, a beautiful blue eyed, blue merle female from our Tally and Reese litter born in May back with us. She needs a 'job' such as herding or agility. She has gotten into too much trouble chasing livestock at her first home, and needs a little diciplin and training, but she is a very sweet and confident pup. She gets along very well with the rest of our dogs and is starting to interact and play with them. She is 8 months old, not yet spayed, and will need to be enrolled in obedience classes just to help you along with a few manners. She is availabe for adoption to a home where she will be loved and played with. This is a really nice dog and we
are proud to see her again.
Pet price $800 and spay agreement.
